when it evolves, the Storm Cloak wont disappear, in fact, the Storm Cloak is the ultimate weapon for Cloumate....wut it does is if Cloumate is exposed to a certain type of weather, it'll transform and change type, the Storm Cloak will help it stay in that form and type as long as its holding the cloak, the Storm Cloak can be ONLY be used by Cloumate, its only for evolution for Castform
